The BMW i7 PRE-ORDER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the BMW Vehicle Pre-Order Program ("Pre-Order Program"). Before you pre-order your vehicle, you must carefully review and accept the Terms and Conditions below. Under the Pre-Order Program, a BMW vehicle is available for an early order to customers who complete the Pre-Order Process (as outlined below). BMW of North America, LLC, offers you an opportunity to pre-order a BMW vehicle from an authorized, participating BMW Dealer ("Dealer"). By completing the Pre-Order Process, you will be pre-ordering a BMW vehicle with model year and options to be confirmed at the time of configuration subject to availability and production restrictions. The vehicle you configure is referred to as the "Vehicle". This Pre-Order Program offers a unique opportunity to be among the first to order a BMW and finalize a price through your Dealer as described in the terms below.
- The Pre-Order Program is NOT a vehicle purchase. You will still be required to contact an authorized BMW Dealer to discuss final transaction pricing and trade-in if relevant, arrange any necessary financing, and complete your purchase through the Dealer. Your Pre-Order secures your approximate priority for taking delivery of your vehicle. Participation in the Pre-Order Program does not guarantee you a vehicle delivery.
- Your Pre-Order does NOT guarantee a set price for the Vehicle. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DEALER SETS THE ACTUAL PRICE WHICH MAY DIFFER FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE ("MSRP"). The MSRP does not include taxes, title, transportation, other options and other dealer fees and charges.

In order to complete the Pre-Order Process, you will be required to
- select a participating Dealer from which to purchase the Vehicle,
- submit certain information to BMW of North America, LLC and the Dealer, and
- Pay a refundable deposit of $1,500 ("Pre-Order Deposit") via one of the available methods presented by the Dealer.
- Under the Pre-Order Program, after you have successfully completed and submitted the Pre-Order form, you may either purchase, finance, or lease the Vehicle from the Dealer.
- The Pre-Order Program does NOT require you to complete a vehicle purchase, finance, or lease. If you change your mind, you may cancel your Pre-Order by following the process outlined below under the "ORDER CANCELLATIONS" section.
- This Pre-Order Program is designed to allow you to order the Vehicle. After you place your Pre-Order request, the Dealer will contact you to configure the Vehicle. Please note that vehicle option availability may be subject to change. Model year, paint color and other options are not guaranteed and are subject to production or sales restrictions.
- Once you complete the on-line transaction you will receive a “Confirmation Number.” Please keep this Number until the arrival of your Vehicle. The Dealer will then contact you to complete your vehicle configuration, negotiate the price with you and obtain your place in line for your order. Your place in line will be tied to the Dealer. In the event you are unable to complete a purchase through the Dealer, please contact the Dealer to cancel the order. You can also contact BMW Customer Service at 1-800-831-1117 for support.
- If you wish to change your selected dealer after placing your Pre-Order, the order must be cancelled with the original Dealer and a new order must be placed through the Pre-order Program.

Preorder eligibility requirements are below:
- The Pre-Order Program is available only to individuals residing in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- The Pre-Order Program is available to businesses or corporate entities provided that you can validate your ownership of, or employment by, the relevant business or corporate entity upon BMW of North America, LLC’s request.
- Vehicles must be purchased from and delivered through an authorized, participating BMW Dealer in the United States.
- Only one Pre-Order per customer is permitted and a maximum of two per household is permitted. A Pre-Order may be transferred within a household provided you can provide adequate proof, as determined by BMW of North America, LLC, in its sole discretion, that the Pre-Order holder and the transferee are part of the same household.
- Employees of BMW of North America, LLC, its affiliates, agencies, and dealers, and each of their respective family members, are not eligible to participate in the Pre-Order Program. None of the above are eligible to place Pre-Orders on behalf of themselves, the dealership, dealership employees, or customers.
- If BMW of North America, LLC determines that a Pre-Order has been placed by a non-eligible person or entity, then BMW of North America, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Pre-Order and cancel shipment of the Vehicle. The Vehicle will then be made available to the next individual who has completed the Pre-Order Process and who has a similarly configured vehicle.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange the cancellation of the pre-order and the refund of the on-line deposit directly with the Dealer. Please note that all cancellations are final - you lose your priority to purchase one of the early production units once the order is canceled.
PRIVACY
The information collected on the Pre-Order website during your Pre-Order Process will be shared with BMW North America, LLC and the Dealer you select in order for us to confirm and process your Pre-Order. The handling of this information is governed by the BMW North America, LLC Privacy Policy which is available at http://www.bmwusa.com/privacy/. Although you will be on a BMW North America, LLC website, you will provide your payment information for the Pre-Order Fee directly to the Dealer through one of the payments methods the Dealer accepts. BMW of North America, LLC never receives or holds your payment information. BMW of North America, LLC is not responsible for any information you submit to the Dealer.
PROGRAM CANCELLATION
BMW of North America, LLC, at its sole discretion at any time for any reason, reserves the right to cancel or change the Pre-Order Program.

1. What is the i7 pre-order?
The pre-order secures your place in line to submit a vehicle purchase order. When we reach your place in line, you will be contacted by your selected dealer to configure your BMW i7 and submit your purchase order. This is expected to occur in summer 2022.
2. Is the pre-order fee refundable?
Yes, the pre-order fee of $1,500 is fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact your selected BMW Center and provide your pre-order Confirmation Number provided in the Confirmation email you received.
3. How do I pre-order a BMW i7?
You can place your pre-order in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose your BMW Center
2. Enter your contact information
3. Select your preferred method of payment and check out.
You will receive a confirmation email with your Confirmation Number and your selected BMW Center will contact you this upcoming summer in 2022 to configure your vehicle and provide more information about delivery time.
4. When will I receive my BMW i7?
Deliveries of the i7 start in early 2023. Delivery times may vary dependent on when your pre-order was placed and when your vehicle has been configured with your selected BMW Center from summer 2022. Your configuration, trim and option selections will influence the delivery time of your vehicle, and your BMW Center will provide delivery and timing updates throughout the process.
5. Did my BMW i7 pre-order go through?
Upon pre-ordering the i7, you will receive an email with your Confirmation Number. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.
6. Which incentives does the i7 qualify for?
Owning the First-Ever BMW i7 may qualify you for a federal tax credit of up to $7,500, in addition to other state incentives such as rebates, tax credits, and grants.* If you are a current BMW Financial Services customer, please contact your BMW Center for special loyalty offers for the BMW i7.
*The 2023 BMW i7 has not yet been certified by the IRS. Additional state incentives may also be available. Tax credits may be complex and are subject to change without notice. 7. Where can I find my pre-order Confirmation Number?
Upon pre-ordering the i7, you will receive an email with your Confirmation Number. Please note that the email may take up to three days to arrive. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.
8. Can I switch my pre-order to a different BMW Center?
If you wish to move your pre-order to a different BMW Center, please cancel your original pre-order and order again from the preferred BMW Center.
9. Why am I receiving a failed order message?
If you received a failed order message upon placing your pre-order, please refresh the page and try again or choose a different payment method. If it is still not working, please contact your BMW Center for further assistance.

Fully Refundable Deposit
Through June 22, 2022, customers who pre-order a new 2023 BMW i7 xDrive60 from a participating BMW Center, and who meet BMW Financial Services NA, LLC credit requirements, will be eligible to receive 3.99% APR financing for up to 60 months. With $1,500 Pre-Order deposit applied as a down payment, a retail installment contract on a 2023 BMW i7 xDrive60 with MSRP of $120,295 may be repaid in 24 monthly installments of $5,223.27 or may be repaid in 60 monthly installments of $2,214.87. MSRP excludes tax, title, and license. Not all customers will qualify for down payment waiver or lowest rate. Other rates and payment terms available. Through June 22, 2022, customers who Pre-Order a new 2023 BMW i7 xDrive60 model from participating BMW Centers, and who meet BMW Financial Services NA, LLC's credit requirements, will be eligible for stated lease offer. Offer not valid in Puerto Rico.
Monthly lease payments of $1,599 per month for 36 months is based on an adjusted capitalized cost of $108,625 (MSRP of $120,295, including destination and handling fee of $995, less $8,075 capitalized cost reduction, $0 security deposit and suggested dealer contribution of $3,595). Actual MSRP and dealer contribution may vary and could affect your monthly lease payment. Cash due at signing includes $8,075 capitalized cost reduction (which includes $1,500 pre-order deposit), $1,599 first month's payment, $925 acquisition fee and $0 security deposit. Lessee responsible for insurance during the lease term, excess wear and tear as defined in the lease contract, $0.30/mile over 22,500 miles and a disposition fee of $495 (not to exceed an amount permissible by law) at lease end. Not all customers will qualify for security deposit waiver. Tax, title, license, registration, and dealer fees are additional fees due at signing.
